Clay Hutson is the owner of a company that serves event organizers and musicians in various ways. Hutson studied various courses related to theater design in the university and later started working in Nashville. Many companies in the live music industry employed him where he was a project manager in one of the companies. After gaining enough experience, Clay started a production, management, and designing company. He has worked with many well-known clients including Pink, Guns N’ Roses and Kid Rock in technical and management capacities. In 2005, Clay Hutson participated in Bleed Like Me world tour. Clay was the Garbage band’s monitor engineer during the tour that covered North America, Australia, and Europe.
Clay Hutson operated the OneRepublic’s automatic rigging Honda Civic Tour. The tour took place in July, August and September in Asia and North America. Clay admits that the experience he got during his employment pushed him to start his own company because he felt his skills were marketable. Hutson adds that the decision was risky, but he was sure that his talent would take him far. Hutson points out that he sets illumination and design as well as developing new audio to come up with a unique product. Additionally, he says that live concerts give him real life experience and the modern computer technology helps him complete his tasks in a better way. However, Hutson warns that the equipment comes in different sizes and one must be very careful with them especially those larger than the entrance to venues.

Besides, Hutson ensures that he maintains the productivity of his staff through proper planning by listing every task so that they might not mess up in the process.
